摘要
阐述了逆向工程技术的基本原理及流程,提出运用三坐标测量机进行复杂产品逆向设计。详细介绍了蔡司Contura G3三坐标测量机的工作原理、结构组成及数据采集方式,并以摆线齿轮为例,说明其逆向设计的基本操作步骤和实际应用效果。
The basic principle and process of reverse engineering are described,then the reverse design of complex product is put forward based on coordinate measuring machine(CMM). The working principle,structure and data acquisition modes of the Zeiss Contura G3 CMM are introduced. Taking the reverse design of cycloid gear as an example,the basic steps and practical application effect are showed.
