摘要
针对目前配电网设备利用率缺乏评价方法的现状,提出了综合考虑供应侧、需求侧以及生命周期的全寿命周期利用率指标。首先,对全寿命周期利用率的概念进行定义;其次,对全寿命周期利用率及其子指标的理想范围进行估算;最后,结合各子指标的影响因素提出全寿命周期利用率的提升措施,并研究得出子指标对全寿命周期利用率的贡献值。结果表明设备的运行现状是设备利用率的短板,提升设备的负荷率和负载率对设备利用率的提升更灵敏。研究成果对配电网设备的管理与规划有较大指导意义。
In allusion to the lack of the method to assess equipment utilization on distribution network,the index of equipment utilizationwithin life cycle(EULC) considering supply-side,demand-side and life cycleis proposed. Firstly,the concept of EULC is defined;secondly, the ideal range of EULC and its sub-index is estimated; finally, combining with the effects of factors of sub-index, theimprovement measures of EULC are given; and the contribution value of sub-index to EULC are researched. This research shows that theweak point of equipment utilization is the operation status of equipment,so it is more sensitive for equipment utilization to improve loadrate and burden rate. Research results can effectively guide the management and planning of equipment on distribution network.
