摘要
分布式电源的应用是解决目前的能源问题和环境问题的重要手段,但是大量的分布式电源接入配电网会给电网造成很大的影响。对分布式电源在配电网中的合理规划展开研究,从经济和环保的角度出发,建立了以含分布式发电的配电网建设和运行年总费用最小化为目标函数的规划模型,使用基于CLPSO的算法对规划模型优化求解,同时用IEEE33节点配电网测试系统对算例进行仿真,结果表明该种方案具有较强的应用价值。
The use of distributed generation is an important approach that could solve current problems regarding the energy and the environment. However,the connection of massive distributed generation into the distribution network would have a big impact on the latter. This paper unfolded study on the reasonable planning of distributed generation in the distribution network. Starting from the perspectives being economic and environment-friendly, this paper established a planning model with the target function of the minimization of the construction cost and total annual operation cost of a distribution network that contains distributed generation. A CLPSO-based algorithm was used to find the solutions for the planning model. Meanwhile,the examples were simulated with IEEE33 node distribution test system. The results showed that this scheme had strong value of application.
