摘要
木屑烘干是生物质能源生产企业的一道主要生产工序,木屑的烘干设备有手工烘干和机械烘干两种,其中木屑滚筒式烘干机是生产企业的主要机型。传统的木屑滚筒烘干机由于热风炉在运行时木屑容易接触到明火,导致木屑在滚筒内燃烧,造成滚筒受热过高而弯曲,从而对烘干机产生破坏。为了避免产生木屑于滚筒内燃烧的现象,就必须解决如何避免木屑与明火直接接触这一问题。根据生产企业的实际操作情况与木屑的燃烧特点,提出了采用换热式热风炉代替传统的热风炉,保证了木屑烘干的正常生产,提高了木屑烘干生产的正常开工率。
Wood drying is one of the main production processes of biomass energy production enterprises. The drying equipment of sawdust has two kinds of manual drying and mechanical drying, and the drum type drying machine is the main type of production enterprises. Traditional wood drum dryer because of the hot air stove in the operation of wood dust easily exposed to open flame, so as to cause the wood in the drum burning, causing the cylinder heat is too high and bending, so as to cause damage to the dryer. In order to avoid the phenomenon of burning wood in the drum, it is necessary to solve the problem of avoiding wood dust and direct contact with open flame. According to the characteristics of the production enterprise's actual operation and sawdust combustion proposed by changing the heating type hot air furnace instead of traditional hot blast stove, and ensure normal production of wood drying, increase the rate of normal capacity of wood drying production.
