To cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents is a higher requirement proposed by the social development to colleges and universities, which is a trend of the future development of colleges and universities. In order to adapt to this trend, colleges and universities need to reconstruct their internal organization mechanism and form an effective ecological system through inter-coordination. The library, as a resources platform gathering the knowledge and information,needs to become an active participant in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents through characteristic resources and services on the basis of optimizing the current resources and service mode.
