随着信息技术的发展,图书馆参考咨询服务工作变得愈来愈重要,面对读者日益增长的信息需求,参考咨询服务的模式必须创新。介绍了高校图书馆参考咨询服务的内容和主要形式,提出了适宜独立学院图书馆几种可行的创新服务模式。

Along with the development of information technology, library＇s reference service has become more and more important, in the face of the readers＇ increasing information demands, the mode of reference service must be innovated. This paper introduces the contents and main forms of university library＇s reference service, and puts forward several kinds of feasible innovative modes of independent university library＇s reference service.
