广佛肇一体化思维框架下的图书馆信息资源共建共享

The Co-construction and Sharing of Library's Information Resources under the Thinking Frame of the Integration of Guangzhou,Foshan and Zhaoqing

《广佛肇经济圈发展规划(2010—2020)》提出了实施基础文化设施覆盖工程,确保城乡居民能够免费享受各种公益性文化服务。图书馆作为公民能够免费享受公益、公共文化服务的重要场所,能否有效地实施广佛肇一体化思维框架下的图书馆信息资源共建共享工程,对实现广佛肇地区公共服务均等化这一目标有着重要影响。在阐释信息资源、信息资源共享等概念的基础上,探讨了广佛肇一体化思维框架下图书馆信息资源共建共享的思路及建议。

The Development Planning of Guangzhou, Foshan and Zhaoqing Economic Circle（2010—2020） puts forward the implementation of the Basic Cultural Facilities Covering Project to ensure that both urban and rural residents can enjoy all kinds of public cultural services for free. Being as an important place of enabling citizens to enjoy public welfare and public cultural services for free, whether or not the library can effectively implement library＇s information resources co-construction and sharing project has an important influence on achieving the goal of equalization of public services. Based on expounding the concepts of information resources and information resources co-construction and sharing, this paper probes into the ideas and suggestions on the co-construction and sharing of library＇s information resources under the thinking frame of the integration of Guangzhou, Foshan and Zhaoqing.
