摘要
以辽宁税务高等专科学校图书馆的管理为例,探讨了将人本管理思想应用于高校图书馆管理创新的效果与不足,提出了高校图书馆管理中更有效地应用人本管理思想的策略。
Taking the management of the library of Liaoning College of Taxation as an example, this paper probes into the effect and shortcomings of applying the people-based management thought in college library's management innovation,and puts forward some strategies for making better use of the people-based management thought in college library's management.
