公共图书馆未成年人设施安全标准可以使图书馆未成年人设施的建设有章可循,创造出有利于未成年人的阅读条件,并为其安全提供保障。阐述了俄罗斯公共图书馆设施安全标准体系以及未成年人设施安全标准的概况,并从俄罗斯公共图书馆未成年人设施安全标准研究中得到启示,以期为我国公共图书馆未成年人设施安全标准建设工作提供参考。

The safety standard of facilities for minors of public libraries will set up rules for the construction of the facilities for minors in public libraries, create the reading conditions advantageous to the minors, and provide guarantee for their safety. This paper expounds the safety standard system of the facilities for minors and the general situation of the safety standard of facilities for minors in Russian public libraries, and extracts the enlightenment from the study on the safety standard of facilities for minors in Russian public libraries in order to provide references for the construction of the safety standard of facilities for minors in Chinese public libraries.
