Diagnosis and Significance on Fragmented QRS Complexes

碎裂QRS波(fragmented QRS complex,f QRS)是一项新近备受重视的无创性心电学指标。随着相关研究的不断深入,f QRS的发病机制也逐渐清晰,亦发现在冠心病、心律失常、Brugada综合征、心脏再同步化治疗等疾病中均起到很强的预警作用。需对f QRS波进一步研究加以确认,也需要对发生机制多加研究探索。本文在此探讨f QRS波心电图特征、f QRS波群发生机制以及f QRS波与器质性心脏疾病的研究。

Fragmented QRS complexes（ fQRS） is a new introduced and very important evaluated non- invasive electrocardiographic parameter. With the continuous deepening of research,the pathogenesis of fQRS wave also gradually clear. The studies demonstrated that presence of fQRS was a strong and significant predictor of organic heart disease,such as coronary heart disease（ CHD）,arrhythmia,Brugada syndrome and cardiac resynchronization therapy（ CRT）.
