心理护理对膝骨性关节炎伴抑郁患者整体疗效的影响分析

Effect of psychological nursing on patients with knee osteoarthritis with depression

目的观察分析心理护理对膝骨性关节炎伴抑郁患者整体治疗效果的作用。方法选取我院2013年7月~2014年7月收治的90例膝骨性关节炎伴抑郁患者,运用双色球随机分组法分为观察组（n=45）及对照组（n=45）,两组患者均给予相同的治疗,对照组在此基础上给予常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上实施心理护理,对两组患者临床干预情况进行分析。结果干预后观察组患者抑郁、焦虑、疼痛评分均低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者膝关节功能治疗优良率88.89%,明显高于对照组68.89%,护理满意率95.56%,高于对照组82.22%,差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针对膝骨性关节炎伴抑郁患者,除积极治疗外,还应加强心理护理,尽可能缓解其抑郁、焦虑等不良情绪,最大程度减轻患者身心痛苦,确保临床治疗效果,从而加快关节康复,提高患者护理满意率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of psychological nursing on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with depression. Methods Selected in our hospital in 2013 July 2014 in July from 90 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee with depression,uses the double chromosphere were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 45） and the control group（ n = 45）,two groups of patients were given the same treatment,given routine nursing group based on the control,the observation group patients on the basis of the implementation of psychological nursing,carries on the analysis to the two groups of patients with clinical intervention. Results The observation group of patients with depression,anxiety,pain scores were lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the observation group of patients with knee joint functional treatment was 88. 89%,significantly higher than the control group 68. 89%,nursing satisfaction rate was 82. 22%,higher than the control group 95. 56%,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion In the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with depression,in addition to active treatment,we should strengthen psychological care,as far as possible to ease their depression,anxiety and other negative emotions,to ensure that the clinical treatment effect,so as to speed up the recovery of patients,improve patient care satisfaction rate,worthy of clinical application.
