泌尿外科护理特点及病人心理特点分析

Analysis of the Characteristics of the Nursing Service and Psychological States of the Patients in Urology Surgery

目的观察并分析泌尿外科病人的护理特点和心理特点,并探讨针对性的优质护理措施。方法我院2014年1月~2014年12月泌尿外科收治的住院患者120例按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,对应随机数字为偶数者为实验组,奇数者为对照组,每组60例。对照组行常规护理服务,实验组患者针对泌尿外科患者的护理特点和病人心理特点采取人性化护理服务和心理干预。记录并比较两组患者平均住院时间和住院费用,患者满意度以及患者心理状态评分。结果经过护理服务,实验组患者平均住院时间为（9.43±2.38）d、住院费用为（10530.72±421.53）元,明显低于对照组平均住院时间和费用分别为（14.57±4.42）d和（20431.25±479.26）元。（P〈0.05）,实验组患者满意度为98.33%,明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。实验组患者SAS干预后评分为（25.13±3.79）,显著低于对照组评分为（34.58±4.12）（P〈0.05）,具有统计学意义。结论泌尿外科病人以老年患者居多,易形成不良心理状态。临床护理人员应针对泌尿外科患者护理和心理特点开展护理工作,能够明显提高护理服务质量,改善患者心理状态,取得良好临床护理效果。

Objective To observe and analyze the characteristics of clinical nursing service and psychological states of the patients in urology surgery. Methods 120 inpatients of urology surgery in our hospital from January2014 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the experiental group and the control group（ 60 cases in each group）. Give conventional nursing care on the control group while the experiental group were given humanistic nursing care according to the characteristics of nursing service and psychological states. Compare and analyze the length of hospital stay,hospitalization expenses and patients satisfaction in both groups before and after nursing service. And evaluate the mental states of the patients according to the SAS score in both groups. Results After the humanistic nursing care,the median length of hospitalization time and expenses in experimental group was obviously lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The degree of satisfaction of the experimental group was98. 33%,significantly higher than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. And the SAS score of the patients in the expetimental group was obviously lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The majority of the patients in urology surgery are the elderly which were easily formed adverse psychological state. Applying of nursing care according to the the characteristics of nursing service and psychological states can obviously improve the nursing quality,psychological states of the patients in urology surgery and achive a good clinical effect.
