心理护理在乳腺癌手术患者护理工作的应用研究

目的探讨心理护理在乳腺癌手术患者护理中的应用。方法选取我院2010年~2015年接收的80例需要行乳腺癌手术的患者,分为对照组与研究组。对照组患者给予常规护理,研究组患者在对照组基础上给予心理护理,对两组患者的在治疗过程中的焦虑、抑郁情况进行记录及分析。结果从患者SAS,SDS评分来看,对照组在治疗前后焦虑抑郁情况并未明显改善（P〉0.05）,而研究组在治疗后,焦虑抑郁症状明显减轻（P〈0.05）。结论心理护理可以降低患者的负面心理状态,提高患者对治疗的信心,也能促进医患关系的良好发展。

Objective To explore the application of psychological nursing in patients with breast cancer surgery nursing,To better guide clinical application. Methods Select our hospital between 2011 and 2015 received80 need to breast cancer surgery patients as the research object,And randomly divided into control group and the team,The control group using conventional care,Research group is not only given conventional care,but also accepted psychological nursing. Record and analyze the anxiety and depression of patients in two groups during therapy. Results The SAS and SDS scores illustrate that the anxiety and depression of patients in control group have no significant difference before and after therapy（ P〉0. 05）,However,the anxiety and depression of research group relieves after therapy（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Psychological care in nursing patients with breast cancer surgery has made significant effect,not only reduce the negative psychological state in patients with probability and improve the confidence of patients to cure their disease,also promote the development of the doctor-patient relationship.
