护理干预对于改善慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量及抑郁状态的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of nursing intervention for improving the quality of life and depression in patients with chronic heart failure

目的探讨护理干预对于改善慢性心力衰竭患者治疗依从性以及生活质量的效果。方法选取2013年1月1日至2014年1月1日于我院心内科治疗的慢性心力衰竭患者200例作为临床的研究对象。将收集的200名患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组各100例。对照组给予常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上予以护理干预。治疗12月后,对两组患者治疗的依从性、生活质量、心功能进行分析比较。结果护理干预组患者的治疗依从率为97%,显著高于常规治疗组患者的治疗依从率75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理干预组患者的各项生活质量评分均优于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理干预组患者的HAMD评分均优于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于慢性心力衰竭患者,护理干预可以有效的提高患者的治疗依从性,改善患者后期的生活质量,并有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁等心理症状,有利于提高临床疗效,适合在临床上推广应用。

Objective To study the nursing intervention for improving treatment adherence for patients with chronic heart failure as well as the effect of quality of life. Method Choose 2013 December 1 to December 1,2014 in our hospital heart medicine treatment of patients with chronic heart failure（ not accompanied by other diseases） 200 cases for clinical study. Will collect 200 patients according to random number table method was divided into control group and experimental group,100 cases in each group. Control group given conventional nursing,the experimental group on the basis of conventional nursing nursing intervention. On two groups of patients＇ treatment compliance,the paper analyzes the quality of life,heart function. Results The treatment compliance rate of the nursing intervention group was 75%,significantly higher than that of the conventional treatment group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; the quality of life in nursing intervention group was better than that in the conventional treatment group（ P〈0. 05）; the HAMD score in the nursing intervention group was better than that in the conventional treatment group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion For patients with chronic heart failure,nursing intervention can effectively improve the patient＇s treatment compliance,improve the quality of life of patients,and effectively improve the patients with anxiety,depression and other psychological symptoms,help to improve the clinical efficacy,suitable for clinical application.
