摘要
以厦门大学图书馆的新浪认证微博"厦大图书馆"2014年10月发布的所有微博及用户的评论、转发和点赞为样本,分析高校图书馆微博用户的特征、微博用户的行为规律以及基于微博生命周期的用户行为,发现:图书馆发布微博的时间决定了用户的回应时间,大多数微博的生命周期较短,高活跃度和高影响力用户是图书馆微博传播的重要推手等。在此基础上,提出改进建议:图书馆应充分了解和掌握用户的活跃时间和规律;对重要微博通过重发或转发等方式提高其可见度;及时对用户意见进行回复;重点关注高活跃度和高影响力的用户。
This paper takes all the contents and users' praise, comments and circulation which published in October, 2014 by the Xiamen University Library's verified micro blog as sample, analyzes the characteristics of academic libraries' weibo users, their activities, as well as the users' activity rules. R finds that the users' responses to library's weibos are decided by the time of library's releasing, most weibos have very short lifetime, etc. Based on this, the author proposes some measures to improve academic libraries' weibo: understanding and grasp users' active time, reposting important weibos to avoid being buried by other weibos, making responses quickly to users' remarks, and giving more attention to those influential users.
