摘要
目的:研究神经外科实习带教中案例教学法的应用价值。方法:选取2014年8月到2015年1月我院神经外科实习生240例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组120例。对照组给予传统教学法,研究组在对照组的基础上给予案例教学,实习时间均为1个月。实习结束给予实习生兴趣满意调查表,并进行出科考试。结果:研究组调查问卷得分显著高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组出科成绩比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:案例教学应用于神经外科实习具有较好的效果,能提高实习生对神经外科的兴趣。
Objective: To study the application value of case method in neurosurgery practice teaching. Methods: Selected 240 cases of neurosurgery interns who were practice in our hospital from August 2014 to January 2015, they were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method, with 120 interns in each group. The control group was taught by the traditional method, while the study group was added case method on the basis of control group method, the practice lasted for 1 month. Investigated the interns with interest satisfaction questionnaire and conducted the course completion exam. Results: Questionnaire score of the study group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05); But the course completion result of two groups was not statistically significant(P〉0.05). Conclusion: Case teaching has a good application value in neurosurgery practice teaching, which will increase the interest of neurosurgery of interns.
