摘要
文章利用2009-2013年中国省级层面面板数据,实证检验了健康人力资本及科技创新效率对经济增长的影响效应,研究表明:健康人力资本投入越高的地区,经济增长越明显;科技创新效率越高的地区,经济增长越明显;健康人力资本在科技创新效率较高的地区对经济增长的促进作用更明显;科技创新效率在健康人力资本投入较多的地区对经济增长的促进作用更明显。基于以上研究结论,提出了促进经济增长的建议。
According to Chinese panel data at province level from 2009 to 2013, the paper makes an empirical test on the influence effect of health human capital and sci-tech innovation efficiency on economic growth. It discovers that more health human capital investment and higher sci-tech innovation efficiency lead to higher economic growth. What＇s more, the promotion of health human capital on economic growth in areas with higher sci-tech innovation efficiency is more obvious. Similarly, the promotion of sci-tech innovation efficiency on economic growth in areas with more health human capital investment is more obvious. In terms of above conclusion, the paper puts forward countermeasures to promote economic growth.
