A Study of “The Second Report Card” assessment of postgraduates

摘要 本文针对现行研究生评价体系中存在的趋同本科、与社会需求错位、形式与内容不统一三个主要问题,基于导向性、发展性、层次性、个性化以及可操作性的原则,采用专家意见法和层次分析法确定了科研能力与其细化指标的具体权重,构建符合我国时代特征和研究生特点的"第二张成绩单"导向下的新型研究生个性化发展性评价体系,并提出相应的实施方案和保障措施,这既满足社会发展的要求,也促进了研究生质量的提高。 Aiming at three main questions in contemporary postgraduate assessment, including the trend to be the same as undergraduate assessment, inconformity with society needs, and difference in form and content, and based on five principles of guiding, developing, layering, personalization and operational, this paper confirms research ability firstly and its weight by the methods of expert opinions and AHP. This paper focuses on constructing postgraduate developing assessment in the direction of "second report card" and puts forward some corresponding implementations and safeguards according to national conditions of China and characteristics of its postgraduates, which not only meets the requirement of social development, but also improves the quality of postgraduates.
