福辛普利钠联合中医辨证治疗高血压患者的临床疗效

The Clinical Efficacy of Fosinopril Sodium Combined with TCM Treatment in Patients with Hypertension

目的探讨福辛普利钠联合中医辨证治疗高血压患者的临床疗效。方法选取2013年4月至2015年4月北京市通州区张家湾社区卫生服务中心収治的60例2级高血压患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组患者口服福辛普利钠,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用中医辨证治疗方法,比较两组患者的临床疗效及血压。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的收缩压及舒张压均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论福辛普利钠联合中医辨证治疗高血压患者临床疗效明显,降压效果明显。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of fosinopril sodium combined with TCM treatment in patients with hypertension.Methods Grade 2 hypertension patients from April 2013 to April 2015 in Beijing City,Tongzhou District Zhangjiawan community health service center,treatment of 60 cases as the research object,randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each.The control group was treated with Phu Simpson Leigh sodium,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and blood pressure of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;after the treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Fosinopril Sodium Combined with TCM clinical curative effect in the treatment of patients with hypertension,antihypertensive effect.
