C反应蛋白和红细胞沉降率联合检测在高血压和冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者中的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Combined Detection of C Reactive Protein and Erythrocyte Sedimentation rate in Patients with Hypertension and Coronary Heart Disease

摘要 目的探讨联合检测C反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)在诊断在高血压、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)患者中的临床价值。方法选取2014年1-8月抚顺矿务局总医院收治的152例高血压患者和150例CHD患者作为研究对象,另选取100名同期健康体检者作为对照组,测定3组检测者的血清CRP和ESR水平。结果高血压组及CHD病组检测者的血清CRP和ESR水平均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);其中Ⅲ级高血压患者的血清CRP和ESR水平均明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ级患者,CHD组心力衰竭Ⅲ度组患者的CRP和ESR水平均明显高于心力衰竭Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度、无心力衰竭组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 CRP和ESR是反映炎症的敏感性指标,在炎性反应早期可迅速升高,CRP与ESR联合检测对诊断高血压、CHD具有重要临床价值。 Objective To study the combined detection of serum C reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) on the diagnosis of hypertension,coronary heart disease(CHD)clinical value.Methods January 2014 to 2014 August Fushun Mining Bureau General Hospital were 152 cases of hypertensive patients and 150 cases of CHD patients were selected as the research object,select 100 cases of healthy in the same period were as the control group,for the determination of three groups of detection of serum CRP and ESR levels.Results The serum levels of ESR and CRP in hypertension group and CHD group were significantly higher than those in control group(P〈0.05);serum CRP and ESR level in patients with grade Ⅲ hypertension were significantly higher than those in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ,CHD and ESR levels were significantly higher than those of heart failure,type Ⅱ,and no significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion CRP and ESR are sensitive indicators of inflammation.In the early stage of inflammatory reaction,ESR and CRP combined detection of hypertension and CHD have important clinical value.
