公共外交视角下领导人文章探悉——以习近平主席海外署名文章为例

摘要
一、领导人公共外交的概念与内涵“公共外交”一词最早出现于1856年《泰晤士报》，被用于对时任美国总统富兰克林·皮尔斯仪态的描述，其定义仅为“礼貌举止”。1965年，美国埃德蒙德·古里恩教授在国际关系领域首先定义了公共外交的概念，其把公共外交定义成“旨在通过引导公众的态度来对政府外交政策的制定与实施产生影响”。
