摘要
哈尔滨战略新兴产业现在已拥有了明确的发展目标,产业集群也初见端倪,但存在产业发展迟缓、技术力量薄弱、企业融资渠道单一等问题。提出需要加大政府宏观指导和协调力度,建设国家级战略性新兴产业发展基地,优化设计产业的发展策略和路径,加快创新人才引进和培养,加强国际科技产业交流与合作等有针对性的发展建议和对策。
Developing strategic emerging industry is the inevitable choice to promote the development of economic and social development in Harbin. It is the only way to promote industrial structure upgrade and speed up the transformation of economic development patterns, at the same time, it is also the urgent needs of building new com-petitive advantages and master development initiative. The article mainly from the present situation of cultivating and developing strategic emerging industries in Harbin and the analysis of existing problem, put forward the sug-gestions and countermeasures.
