The fusion of the tourism industry and cultural industry development is the inevitable trend in history, it wil produce a far-reaching impact in the country＇s political, economic, social, cultural, and ecological aspects. The fusion conform to the requirements of the national for constructing a harmonious society ,and it has great significance in the transformation of the domestic economy and the construction of beautiful China. It has been proved by practice that the fusion of the tourism industry and cultural industry development has to find the right way to break the bottleneck, for realizing integration more smooth, and developing the tourism industry, cultural industry ,the tourism cultural industry. The paper based on present situation about the development in the area of cultural industry and tourism industry, through the four main means for analyzing the fusion which is containing the resources integration, market integration, marketing integration and policy integration to provide methods and Suggestions.
