摘要
矿山设备作为煤矿自动化发展的关键,其优化配置对于提高整个煤矿集团生产效益具有重要意义,采用全生面周期理论对一定量的矿山设备资源下多目标优化配置研究,并以设备资源最大化供给成本最低、矿山机械资源使用效益最大、设备使用寿命最长、设备调度成本最低为多目标,采用自适应遗传算法进行求解,研究表明:设备资源最大化供给成本降低34.51%,矿山机械资源使用效益提高17.74%,设备使用寿命提高18.05%,设备调度成本上高15.2%。
As a key of the mine automation development, the optimized allocation of the mine equipment would have important sig- nificances to improve the production benefits of the whole mine group. With the theory of the full service life period, the paper had a study on the multi objective optimization allocation of the certain mine equipment resources. With the equipment resources maximum to supply the lowest cost, the application benefit maximum of the mine mechanical resources and the lowest cost of the equipment dis- patching as the multi objects, the adaptive genetic algorithm was applied to the solution. The study showed that the maximum supply cost of the equipment resources could be reduced by 34.51%, the application benefits of the mine mechanic resources would be im- proved by 17.74 %, the service life of the equipment could be improved by 18.05 % and the dispatching cost of the equipment could be increased by 15.2 %.
