A centralized financing is a management means of a foreign financing for large enterprises, mainly including the tow modes of the centralized approval and agent financing. With a comparison on the differences between the two modes, the paper had a study on the advantage and disadvantages of the centralized financing and a discussion on the method to adjust and optimize the centralized financing mode in order to provide the references to the financing management and the integrated financing cost of the large enterprises.
