基于问卷调查结果优化医院医疗管理的实践

Optimization of Hospital Medical Management Based on the Results of the Questionnaires

目的通过问卷调查,从临床科室角度对平均住院日影响因素进行分析,为优化医院合理缩短平均住院日的医疗管理体系提供建议。方法某肿瘤医院设计了《关于临床科室平均住院日影响因素问卷调查表》,对医院22个临床科室采用"自填调查问卷"的方式进行调查。结果总体来说,临床科室认为辅助检查出报告时间、入院时合并其他疾病的治疗、治疗后出现并发症分别是治疗前、治疗中、治疗后对平均住院日影响较大的因素。但是肿瘤外科、肿瘤内科及肿瘤放疗科之间的认识互有差异。结论平均住院日问卷调查结果为寻找平均住院日影响因素并优化该院合理缩短平均住院日的医疗管理体系提供了一些较好的建议和新思路。

Objective To analyze influencing factors of average length of stay with questionnaires from the perspective of clinical departments and to provide suggestions for the optimization of hospital medical management system of reasonably shortening average length of stay（ALOS）. Methods Average length of stay questionnaire（self-administered questionnaire） designed by a Cancer Hospital was adopted to investigate 22 clinical departments in the hospital. Results Overall, the clinical departments thought that auxiliary examination report turnaround time, treatment of concomitant diseases at admission, post-treatment complications were the significant influencing factors of the average length of stay before the treatment, during the treatment and after the treatment respectively. However, the opinions differed in department of surgical oncology, medical oncology and radiotherapy. Conclusion Results of average length of stay questionnaire provided some good suggestions and new thinking for identification of influencing factors of ALOS and optimization of hospital medical management system of reasonably shortening ALOS.
