通过对托管后的县级医院人力资源管理制度的体系化建设和人力资源管理工作流程集的书面化整合,使其在提高医院人力资源管理工作效率,有效避免代际交接产生的断档效应,为决策层提供富有价值的建议及医疗人才培养和职业生涯规划上发挥正向作用。
Through systematic construction on human resource management system and documented integration on human resource management work flow set in the entrusted county-level hospital, the human resource management work efficiency was improved and disconnecting effect of intergenerational transferring was effectively avoided, which provided a valuable reference for decision-making and played a positive role in the medical personnel training and career planning.
