Comprehensive Management Measures on Multi-drug Resistant Infections in Pediatrics

目的探讨儿内科多重耐药菌感染患儿的综合管理对策,减少医院内感染的发生。方法对儿内科多重耐药菌感染患儿,多部门采取相应干预措施和护理管理对策。结果通过健全的网络监测,患儿信息一览表的应用,建立多重耐药菌感染管理流程,对多重耐药菌患儿进行严格有效的干预措施和综合护理管理措施,保障了患儿及医疗安全。结论多重耐药菌已成为医院感染的主要病原菌,制定切实可行的管理对策、提高多重耐药菌感染的执行力对预防和控制多重耐药菌的产生和传播起到重要作用。

Objective To discuss the comprehensive management measures on multi-drug resistant infections in pediatrics so as to reduce the incidence of hospital infection. Methods Multi-sector nursing interventions and management strategies for children of multi-drug resistant infections were taken. Results Through sound network monitoring, application of children information list, establishment of multi-drug resistant infections management processes, effective integrated care management interventions and measures on children with multi-drug resistant infections had been implemented, which cured the children and ensured medical safety. Conclusion Multi-drug resistant bacteria has become a major pathogenic bacteria for hospital infections. The development of practical management strategies and improvement of the execution of multiple drug-resistant infection play an important role in terms of prevention and control of the generation and dissemination of multi-resistant bacteria.
