我国兼用牛生产性能测定结果初步分析

The Primary Analysis of DHI Data for Dual-purpose Cattle in China

本研究通过对2013-2014年来自于6个牛场的4个兼用牛种群的DHI数据进行了初步分析,结果发现我国兼用牛具有较好的产奶性能,但品种间差异和品种内变异较大,这主要与养殖条件差异大、选育程度低以及测定不规范有关。因此,建议兼用牛选育中需要进一步重视生产性能的测定和测定的规范化,并按群体育种目标加强选育。本研究为兼用牛未来的选育利用提出了指导性建议。

In this study, DHI data of four dual-purpose cattle breeds from 2013 to 2014 collected from six herds were analyzed. The results indicated that dual-purpose cattle performances were well in milk production, however there exist huge variation among breeds and within breeds respectively, which was because of the obviously different farming environment and condition, and the low selection intensity and lack of standardized sampling procedures. It is suggested that performance testing should be given enough attention and be standardized. Meanwhile, selective breeding should be carried out according to breeding objectives for dual-purpose cattle. This study gives the recommendations and suggestions for the selection and application of dual-purpose cattle in the future.
