摘要
圆盘割草机由于其适应性强等优点,被广泛地应用到牧草收获环节中,圆盘切割器参数的设计对切割质量有着决定性的作用。为了对这一问题进行试验研究,设计搭建了圆盘割草机割台试验台,为研究割台各个部件的参数对牧草收获性能的影响提供了方便。本研究在查阅大量文献的基础上,确定了试验台的整体方案,用CATIA软件进行了三维建模,用ADAMS软件对割刀的运动情况进行了仿真分析。试验台可用于圆盘倾角、圆盘直径、刀型等因素对切割质量影响的试验研究。
