With an engineering example,this paper discusses the implementation method of serial communication between host computer and lower CP1 H based on Host Link（FINS） Protocol from the application layer communication protocol,FINS protocol,Host Link protocol,serial communication strategy,and so on.The correctness of the FINS packet sending / receiving sequence is verified by the example.
