灰色理论评标方法在医院物财监管系统中的应用

Bid Evaluation Method Based on Gray Fuzzy Evaluation Method in Hospital System

针对医院物财监管系统中评标功能进行分析,找出一种更合理的评标方法。在评标体系中使用灰色模糊理论,并改进白化权函数,使其符合实际需求。最后通过程序实现该方法,减少医院文档工作中的人力与时间消耗。

According to the analysis of evaluation function on the hospital financial supervision system,a more effective method for bidding evaluation is found.The system is based on the theory of grey fuzzy evaluation method,and the definite weighted functions is improved,which meets a practical requirements.Finally,the method is implemented by java program to reduce the labor and time consumption in the work of hospital documents in this paper.
