摘要
介绍了某加氢裂化装置加热炉联合烟道负压异常情况,通过对该加热炉体系的排气系统气动学及热力学分析计算,找出了负压异常的原因:提升产能使烟气流量大量增加,导致炉内低静压和喘振;各炉烟道长度差别大,造成黏性阻力不平衡;温差大引起低温烟气引射,产生运行阻塞;炉顶蝶阀难以调节,导致蝶阀外烟道内各点负压异常等。针对问题制定了解决方案:改变排气系统流程,消除温差带来的引射;增加静压堵块,使静压达到平衡。改造实施后效果良好。
This paper introduces the situation of negative pressure anomalies in the joint flue of hydrocracking unit furnace. Based on the calculation and analysis of pneumatic and thermodynamic to the heating furnace exhaust system, finds out the reason for abnormal negative pressure. Mainly include: to enhance production capacity enable a large increase of flue gas flow to lead to the low static pressure in the furnace and the surge, the furnace flue length big difference causing viscosity resistance unbalance, large temperature difference low temperature flue gas ejection by large temperature difference causing blocking operation, top butterfly valve adjust difficultly resulting in abnormal negative pressure in the flue etc. And make the corresponding solution to solve the problem. Change the exhaust system process to eliminate the temperature difference of ejection. Increase the static pressure plugging block to make the static pressure equilibrium .After implementation of the retrofit scheme, the result is good.
