76株沙门菌耐药谱及耐药基因分析 被引量:7

Analysis of resistance pattern and resistant genes of 76 strains of Salmonella

摘要 目的研究76株沙门菌的耐药谱和耐药基因携带情况,为沙门菌引起的腹泻病治疗提供依据。方法采用琼脂扩散法测定76株沙门菌对23种抗生素药物的敏感性。采用PCR方法检测耐药菌株的耐药基因携带情况。结果18株(23.7%)沙门菌有不同耐药表型。9株携带blaTEM-1,5株携带blaOXA-1,1株携带blaCMY-2;5株携带acc(6')-Ib-cr,各有1株分别携带rmt B和arm A1;3株耐喹诺酮类药物的沙门菌发现gyr A和par C存在点突变。结论 2010年-2013年北京市沙门菌对青霉素类药物的耐药率最高,β-内酰胺类药物耐药株主要携带blaTEM-1和blaOXA-1基因,氨基糖苷类药物耐药株主要携带acc(6')-Ib-cr基因,喹诺酮耐药主要由gyr A和par C点突变及acc(6')-Ib-cr引起。 Objective To investigate the drug resistance pattern and resistant genes of 76 strains of Salmonella, so as to provide basis for the treatment of diarrhea caused by Salmonella infections. Methods Using agar diffusion method to determine the sensitivity of 76 strains of Salmonella to 23 kinds of antibiotics. PCR method was used for the detection of resistance genes in drug resistant strains. Results 18 strains of Salmonella were with different resistant patterns ( 23.7% ). 9 strains carried blaTEM- 1, 6 strains carried blaOXA-1 and 1 strain carried blaCMY-2 ; 5 strains carried acc (6') - Ib - cr with 1 strain carrying rmtB and 1 strain carrying armA1; gyrA mutation and parC mutation were found in 3 strains which were resistant to quinolones. Conclusion The resistance rate of Salmonella to penicillin was the highest during 2010 - 2013. The resistant strains of β - lactam mainly carry blaTEM-1 and blaOXA-1 genes, and aminoglycoside - resistance strains mainly carry acc (6') - Ib - cr gene, also, quinolone resistance is mainly composed of gyrA and parC mutation and acc(6') -Ib -cr.
