微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的应用价值

Application value of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic therapy

目的：探讨微型种植抗体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的应用价值。方法选取口腔科门诊2012年4月至2014年7月行正畸治疗患者90例，随机分为两组，每组45例。对照组按照传统方法实施正畸治疗，实验组采用微型种植体开展正畸治疗，对比两组患者的正畸治疗效果及术后并发症的发生情况。结果实验组正畸治疗结束后其上中切牙倾角差、凸距差和磨牙移位情况均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；实验组不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论微型种植体能够为口腔正畸治疗提供有效的支抗作用，有助于提高正畸治疗的临床效果，安全可靠，建议临床推广。

Objective To investigate the application value of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic therapy.Methods From April 2012 to July 2014, 90 patients with orthodontic treatment were selected, and they were randomly divided into two groups , with 45 cases in each group .The control group was given traditional orthodontic treatment methods , the experiment group were conducted with micro-implant orthodontic treatment , the effect of orthodontic , and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results After the end of the orthodontic treatment , the inclination poor, poor and teeth protruding from the shifting of the patients in experiment group were significantly better than those in control group , the differences were significant （ P〈0.05 ）;The incidence of adverse reactions in patients of experiment group was significantly lower than that of control group , the difference was significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions Mini implants can provide effective treatment for orthodontic anchorage , help to improve the clinical effectiveness of orthodontic treatment , and it is safe and reliable , so it is recommended to further promote in clinical practice .
