论高校国家助学金评定中存在的问题及解决路径

教育公平是社会公平的重要基础。近些年,中央有关部门密集出台相关资助政策,已建立起学前教育至研究生教育的全覆盖学生资助体系,制度上保障了不让一个学生因家庭经济困难而失学。另一方面,大学生的助学金在资助范围和金额上的大幅提高,在实际的评定发放过程中,很容易导致学生自身价值观扭曲、争抢助学金名额等问题。因此,在大学生助学金评定中加强思想政治教育,已成为亟待解决的现实问题。

Education justice is the foundation of social justice. In recent years,authoritieshave conducted funding policies and established an overall student aid system coveringfrom pre- primary to postgraduate education,which institutionally protects students from stopping schooling because of family financial hardship. Though,the expanding range and amount of grants lead to moral degradation. For example,some students with distorted values compete for grants in an unfair way. Therefore,it is urgent to promote ideological and political education in college students＇ financial aid assessment.
