新建地方本科院校学生数量多,研判其思想动态对于高校思想政治教育工作至关重要。新建地方本科院校的大学生思想动态呈现出一定的特殊性,即思想主流积极向上但价值取向偏离轨道、道德认知水准较高但知行相互脱节、重视学习成绩但对未来感到迷茫、心理健康状况良好但消极情绪缓慢上升、就业压力巨大但创业意愿不足。对此,高校应针对性地制定对策,引导大学生健康成才。

New local colleges enroll many students,so it is very important to study and judge the ideological trends of students timely and accurately. The survey of students in Lüliang University showed that ideological trends of new local college students offer diversity of thinking with the mainstream of positive thinking. In addition,university authority should formulate measures to guide students to grow healthy in mind.
