Research of Public Support and Influencing Factors on Charitable Social Sports Instructors

随着公众健康意识的日益增强和公众对公益社会体育指导员需求的急剧增加,公益社会体育指导员开始受到社会各界的广泛关注和重视。但公益社会体育指导员队伍的成长和发展受到来自政府部门、所在单位和家人、朋友、指导对象等社会支持的影响,同时公益社会体育指导员的性别、学历、收入等因素也影响着公益社会体育指导员队伍发展和成长。因此,公益社会体育指导员队伍的成长和发展,需要当地自体育行政部门、公益社会指导员所在单位和社会分别提供有效的支持。

With the increasing consciousness of the public health and the rapid increase public demand of charitable social sports instructors,those instructors start received extensive attention of the society from all walks of life. But the growth and development of charitable social sports instructors are influenced from social support of government departments,their work places,families,friends,and also influenced by their genders,education experiences,income and so on. As a result,the growth and development of charitable social sports instructor team need effective support from the local government departments of sports,their work places and whole society.
