摘要
随着新型城镇快速发展,居民日常生活水平显著提高,所需燃气供不应求,燃气工程施工项目逐渐增多。进度是燃气工程施工项目管控的重要部分。论文剖析现行燃气工程项目进度控制存在的问题,探讨基于流程改进的燃气工程项目的进度控制手段及实现保障机制。该项研究能有效实现对燃气项目的进度控制,提高效益。
With the rapid development of new towns, people＇s daily living standards improved significantly, the demand for gas in various provinces and cities is in short supply, and the construction projects of gas projects are gradually increasing. Schedule control is an important part of project management and control. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the current control of gas engineering project, and discusses the progress control method of gas engineering project schedule control based on process improvement. Hope this research can effectively realize the gas project progress control, improve business.
