摘要
介绍了CAP1400示范工程核岛施工合同特点和合同管理各阶段的主要风险源,从核岛施工合同发包方的管理视角,辨识并分析了主要风险的产生因素,并有针对性地提出了应对策略。
This paper introduces contractual characteristics of CAP1400 demonstration project and main risk sources at each contractual management phases, with perspective of purchaser of construction contract, indentifies and analyzes the factors of these risks, and then provides the corresponding responses.
