论工程造价在施工招投标阶段的控制

随着近年来油田地面工程的建设规模扩大和技术高速发展,相应的招投标制度也在一步步完善。该制度中,对于施工造价的控制尤为重要,它决定着石油企业能否在油田地面工程项目中为国家工业建设带来经济效益,所以,在实际操作过程中,就出现了多种控制工程造价的理念与方法。论文从油田地面工程与造价控制的理论角度出发,科学探析了油田地面工程在招投标阶段的造价控制技术,提给出了在招投标阶段对造价的控制对策。

With the rapid development of the construction scale and technology of the oil field surface engineering in recent years, the corresponding bidding system is also close to a step by step. In the system, the control mechanism of the construction cost is very important, it determines whether the oil companies in the oil field surface engineering projects for the national industrial construction to bring huge economic benefits, so in the actual operation process, there are many control engineering cost of the theory and method. In this paper, from the angle of the theory of ground engineering and cost control, the paper analyzes the cost control technology in the field of oil field engineering at the stage of bidding.
