摘要
通过"决策者—建议者"这一经典研究范式,以162名大学生为被试,采用库格测验、人际信任量表以及硬币估计任务探讨社会认知复杂性和人际信任对建议采纳的影响。结果发现:(1)个体的社会认知复杂性水平不同,建议采纳程度也不同,认知复杂性水平低的个体更易采纳他人建议;(2)人际信任和建议采纳呈显著正相关,人际信任水平越高,建议采纳程度越高;(3)人际信任在社会认知复杂性和建议采纳的关系中起部分中介作用。因此,社会认知复杂性对建议采纳的影响是部分通过人际信任起作用的。
To explore the relationship between cognitive complexity and advice taking,the estimation tasks,the repertory grid instrument and interpersonal trust scales（ ITS） were used in the present study. A total of 162 university students were recruited. Results showed that：（ 1） Social cognitive complexity significantly influences the degree of individuals ＇advice taking. Subjects with lower level of cognitive complexity are more likely to accept the adviser＇s advice than higher ones.（ 2） Interpersonal trust has a positive correlation with advice taking. The more subjects tend to trust others,the higher degree they will accept the advice.（ 3） Interpersonal trust partially mediates the relationship between social cognitive complexity and advice taking. Altogether,the results suggested that the effect of social cognitive complexity on advice taking is partially through interpersonal trust.
