摘要
目的分析汽车制造厂噪声作业工人纯音听力损伤情况,提出干预措施。方法对成都市某汽车制造厂252名噪声作业工人进行纯音听力测试,并对结果进行分析。结果 252名噪声作业工人中,有86人存在听力损伤占34.13%,其中高频听力损伤的比例高于语频听力损伤的比例,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);工龄段在20年以上出现听力损伤的比例大于其他工龄段(P<0.01)。结论噪声对工人的高频听力损伤较大,且会随接触年限延长而加重,应加强防护,以减少职业性噪声聋的发生。
Objective This survey was made to provide the control strategy by investigating the situation of puretone hearing damage among workers exposed to noise.Methods The pure tone hearing test results of 252 workers exposed to noise of a automobile manufacturing factory in Chengdu were analyzed.Results Among the 252 noise exposed workers,86 were in the hearing loss,which accounted for 34.13%,and of which the proportion of binaural high-frequency hearing damage was higher than speech frequency hearing damage,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01).The proportion of hearing damage among workers with over 20years' working experience was higher than with other segment length of service(P〈0.01).Conclusion The noise affects the high-frequency hearing of workers,and the damage will increased with the length of service.So that,the protection should be strengthened to reduce the incidence of occupational noise-induced hearing loss.
