摘要
利用面向多租户的多层次可伸缩Saa S软件架构、工作流和Java EE开源框架:Struts、Spring、Hibernate,实现了微小企业人力资源管理系统的设计,对提高微小企业人力资源管理效益、解决人才短缺和降低成本等都能起到应有的作用。
Based on multi- tenant- oriented multi- level scalable Saa S architecture,workflow and Java EE open source frameworks（ Struts,Spring,Hibernate）,the micro- enterprise human resource management system was designed,the system could improve the efficiency of human resource management,solve the talent shortage and reduce cost of the micro- enterprise.
