Make Effort to Improve Art of Ieadership and College Management

改革开放以来,我国高校干部队伍素质有了明显提高。但同时也存在诸多的问题。本文从党员干部的思想作风、学风、工作作风、领导作风和生活作风等方面,探讨了广大高校党员干部特别是各级领导干部要进一步提高领导素质和管理水平,努力将高校管理水平上升到一个新高度等问题。

Along with the reform and open up, the quality of leaders achieved outstanding improvement. The stillexisting problem are underlying the following aspects: work-style, life-style, and leading style, etc. The partymember and leaders working in the college should further improve the art and quality of leadership to push forwardcollege management.
