摘要
基于福建省晋江市A企业的实证调查,运用文献法、问卷法、深度访谈法收集资料,描述企业员工的工作生活现状,认为企业员工面临工作时间长、休闲时间少、人际交往状况不佳、职业技能培训缺乏、工作生活满意度低等问题。同时从企业员工个人、群体及企业环境等层面探讨了企业社会工作的介入模式和介入方法,并对介入效果进行了评估。
Based on the empirical investigation into Enterprise A in Jinjiang,Fujian,we used the documentary method,questionnaire,in-depth interviews to collect data so as to present the current status of employees.It shows that employees are encumbered with long working hours,less leisure time,poor interpersonal communication,insufficient vocational training,poor physical and mental health and low job and life satisfaction.Meanwhile,the intervention model and methods of corporate social work are also discussed based upon empirical data and data analysis,which reveal that social work is of great significance to enterprises.
