固定化2,4,6-三氯酚降解菌修复土壤污染效果及影响因子实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 从2,4,6-三氯酚长期驯化的土壤中分离出一株以2,4,6-三氯酚为唯一碳源的菌种,通过包埋固定化技术将其固定,然后用于修复被2,4,6-三氯酚污染的土壤,考察了固定化与否、环境温度和土壤湿度以及底物浓度等条件对2,4,6-三氯酚修复效果。结果表明:固定化细胞系统去除2,4,6-三氯酚达到85%,明显优于非固定化细菌系统,25℃条件下,2,4,6-三氯酚修复效果最好,16 d对2,4,6-三氯酚的去除率达到94%,湿度为70%时效果最佳,最佳条件下2,4,6-三氯酚去除率达到了95.5%,而且底物浓度(2,4,6-三氯酚)在100-300 mg/kg对固定化细胞系统无明显影响。 A 2,4,6-Dichlorophenol-degrading pure culture was obtained for polluted soil and immobilized by cast investment,and investigated to degrade 2,4,6-Dichlorophenol efficiency. The results showed that the degrade 2,4,6-Dichlorophenol efficiency of the aimed bacteria immobilization system is 85% and higher than that of non-immobilization system( 47. 5%),2,4,6-Dichlorophenol removal efficiency is higher( 94%) after16 d under temperature of 25℃,relative to 20℃ and 30℃. And 2,4,6-Dichlorophenol removal efficiency is more( 95. 5%) after 16 d under humidity of 70%,relative to 50% and 60%. When the concentration of 2,4,6- Dichlorophenol ranged from 100 mg / kg to 300 mg / kg,the removal rate of 2,4,6-Dichlorophenol has no significant difference. The immobilized cells technology is a good bioremediation method for polluted soil,the bioremediation efficiency is high and stable for polluted soil in the immobilized cells system.
