建设用地集约利用综合评价研究——以成都市为例

Intensive utilization comprehensive appraise of construction land——A case study of Chengdu city

随着我国城市化进程的快速发展,城市规模不断扩大。由于建设用地的粗放利用导致的土地资源流失问题日益严重。结合成都市近年来建设用地的使用情况,从经济效益、社会效益和生态效益等三方面构建建设用地集约利用评价体系,对成都市建设用地集约利用水平进行综合分析。结果表明:2003—2013年成都市建设用地集约利用水平具有阶段性特征,经济效益波动较大但整体呈现上升趋势,社会效益在波动中有所提升,生态效益和综合效益缓慢上升。综合分析得出,在建设用地集约利用过程中,应注重经济效益、社会效益和生态效益的协调发展,研究结果为城市协调发展提供参考。

The urban size expands constantly and the construction land is used extensively in result of the serious loss of land resources. This paper,combining with the usage situation of construction land in Chengdu and the intensive construction land of evaluation index system,considered three kinds of effects including economy,society,ecology,on which the intensive use level of construction land in Chengdu is comprehensively analyzed. The results showed that the intensive use level of construction land from 2003 to 2013 in Chengdu city had possessed some periodic characteristics. The economic benefit entirely showed a growing tendency after a period of fluctuation,the social benefit showed a growing trend after a period of fluctuation,and the ecological and comprehensive benefit increased slowly. By comprehensive analysis,the coordinated development of economic,social and ecological benefits should be emphasized more in the process of intensive construction land use. The research results can provide reference for the coordinated development of city.
