体素内不一致运动磁共振成像对乳腺良恶性病变的鉴别诊断 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究体素内不一致运动磁共振成像(introvoxel incoherent motion MR imaging,IVIM-MRI)对乳腺良恶性病变的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析21例经病理证实的乳腺良性病变及29例乳腺癌患者的MRI图像,分析乳腺良恶性病变的ADC_(stand)、ADC_(fast)、ADC_(slow)及F值(ADC_(fast)所占比例),并进行两组独立样本t检验分析。结果:乳腺良性病变组上述各参数值分别为(1.46±0.16)×10^(-3)mm^2/s、(1.43±0.06)×10^(-3)mm^2/s、(3.3±0.32)×10^(-3)mm^2/s、(0.53±0.03),乳腺恶性肿瘤组ADC_(stand)、ADC_(slow)、ADC_(fast)、F值分别为(0.859±0.08)×10^(-3)mm^2/s、(0.623±0.09)×10^(-3)mm^2/s、(4.6.00±1.68)×10^(-3)mm^2/s、(0.30±0.06),两组间ADC_(stand)、ADC_(slow)和ADC_(fast)及F值差异均具有统计学意义(t值分别为12.5、15.2、3.3、4.2,P<0.05)。结论:乳腺恶性肿瘤组较良性病变组ADC_(stand)、ADC_(sl。w)和F值较低,IVIM序列对于乳腺良恶性病变的鉴别诊断有较高的价值。
