两面针药用部位的古代文献研究

Literature Study on Medicinal Parts of Liangmianzhen(Radix Zanthoxyli) in Ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine

两面针作为一味传统中药,已有上千年的使用历史,因其药用效果显著,经济价值高,用量逐年增大,导致两面针的野生资源面临枯竭的危险。本文通过查阅中医古籍文献资料,对两面针的药用部位历史进行研究,发现在历代中医古籍中有丰富的文献记载,可以明确它的药用部位包括根、茎、子(实)、枝、叶等多处,并且不同药用部位的功效可能针对不同的病证。这一发现将对扩大两面针的药用部位提供理论依据,为开发两面针更多用途提供新的思路。

It has been a thousand-year history for Liangmianzhen（Radix Zanthoxyh） as one kind of traditional medicinal herb. And its wild sources have been on the verge of depletion due to obvious medicinal effects, high value of economics and yearly increasing consumption. This paper is to give the historical study on medicinal parts of Liangmianzhen（Radix Zanthoxyh）, by looking up ancient TCM literature documents, in which abundant literature records could define that its medicinal parts includes several areas, i.e., roots, stems, seeds（fruits）, branches, leaves, and different effects according to diseases and patterns. This discovery would help to offer theoretical evidences for expanding its medicinal parts, to provide innovative ideas on its medicinal development.
